Our factories are equipped with latest Induction Furnaces with Rotary Furnace for malleable iron casting, ductile iron (SG) casting and Wrought iron casting.
Our shearing machines have empowered the sheet metal section to work on our Power Presses having the capacity from 3 M.T to 300 M.T.
Our Premises are set up for producing the latest international standards of fabrication with several Thread Rolling Machines, Automatic Pipe Cutting, Mig welding and Spot Welding machines.
Our factories are equipped with Latest Friction Drop Hammers, along with Pneumatic forging hammers.
Our units are equipped with latest Shot Blasting and Spot Blasting Machines, Grinding Machines, Vibrator Polishing Machines.
We also have automatic finishing plants based on International technologies that are used in Electroplating, Hot Galvanizing and Powder Coating that provide quality, consistent finish to all our products. In addition, we have a modern ETP plant for the treatment of acidic waste and purifying water.
We have the latest equipment in packaging machinery including steel straps, nailing machines, cutters and staplers.
Research & Development:
We have our own in-house design department that has the latest machines and testing equipment for the development of any type of new product. We keep on upgrading the technology to the newest ones that keeps us abreast of the modern advances in manufacturing.
